Shipping & Returns

Residential Truck Delivery
Free shipping for Truck shipments is to commercial locations only. Deliveries to residential locations could incur additional charges. Residential lift gate frees are extra. Additional charges will be added to the invoice as required. Customers will be notified in advance of these extra charges. Charging extra for Residential Truck Delivery is standard practice in the trucking industry as residential homes are often far from the main truck routes and there may be no one to receive the goods or merchandise.

Shipping In the US
Items weighing in at less than 150 pounds will be shipped by standard ground service. Orders over 150 pounds will be shipped by truck. Smaller orders may also ship in multiple boxes. This is standard practice in the shipping business. Expedited shipment is available.

Shipping Outside of the US
We do ship outside of the US. Please contact us and we will arrange your shipping for you.

Shipping Times and Shipping Details
Your orders are processed immediately and then forwarded to our suppliers during business hours. Orders for items stocked in our warehouse are shipped out the same day except for orders received on Saturday. All Saturday orders are shipped out the following Monday! Most items from our suppliers ship within 24 to 72 hours.

Shipping Charges
The shipping charges displayed on the shopping cart are for United States, "lower 48" only. Please call us at 682.407.3891 or email us for shipping information for any other destination.

Returns

Unused tools in original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations: A return will only be accepted up to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty for exchange or repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. You will need an Authorization number from us before returning the item(s). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Restocking charges of 20% to 25% may apply to returned item(s). Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages. If you have any problems with your order please call us first at 682.407.3891.
